Hey everyone....i just recently broke up with my g/f. :banghead: yeah i kno...it went like this.

That relationship lasted for maybe a month then the "friends with benefits" took over. But alas, she did move away :lol2:

Had to break up with my g/f of two years. Found out from other people that she had been lying a whole lot to me, cheated on me, and even tried to go after one of my best friends! She would talk a lot to other people, many of whom were my friends and mention about all the "problems" we were having...problems I wasn't even aware of! She talked to other people about this stuff, but not to me! She even admitted her cheating to them.
It went something like this:

Me: So what the hell? Why have you been talking to all my friends about us? You couldn't talk to me? You have also been lying to me! It's funny that these friends of mine are telling me the same thing and yet, some of them don't even know each other.

Yea, that and the fact that we had known each other since kindergarden and been best friends since 6th grade. I think it was more like he didnt' want to ruin our friendship and then later realized he would've made a mistake.

I started dating a girl I met at my college orientation the summer before my freshman year. She threatened to beat my friend Stephanie with a bat because I took Steph out to dinner before she went off to Brown.

well, i didn't post it in here last night after it happened (but posted elsewhere in a rather inebriated fashion), but my girlfriend of 8 months broke it off with me last night for no good reason.

and uh...does she think my feelings for her didn't change when she, oh i don't know, CHEATED on me during the march break? yeah they did. alot. but i pushed through it because i saw a light at the end of the tunnel. she gets one day of "different" feelings and decides it's time for us to end. umm...OK! you crazy woman!

it was a clean break-up though. no fighting or anything, and we still talk and will probably still be friends. doesn't mean i'm not hurt though...and i swear to God if she starts dating someone within the next month like my last 2 exes have, that will hurt alot...will show me just how much i meant to her cause i know it'll take a while for me to get over her.

I have stayed friends with my other ex-g/f's too, but when a relationship ends like the one I talked about in this thread and like -Davo's, it's almost impossible to stay friends, or even keep talking to the person. Don't get me wrong...I'm a pleasent guy too, and -Davo doesn't give me the impression that he isn't either, but sometimes things happen that isn't our fault and pretty much impossible to fix. I see it this way anyways, and I'm not a person who likes to hold grudges.
