The eibach pro-kit is ready now for the 2002 Lancer. go to eibach.com and go to application guide and dealer locator and you are set with the best sport springs money can buy.
Please, anyone with a huge wing on the back of their car, dont buy these springs, because i dont want to have anything you have cause a kid i hate bought a konig double wing and he has the exact same car as me. i wanna kill him it looks so gay. so if you do have one, go to my post on the altezza lights and get those to finish making your car into the ugliest thing in the world.

How much are the ground controls for the lancer and is the drop just as normal as any other car?

Ground control has not made springs for the lancer, but the eibach pro kit is about $230 and lowers the car 1.5" to 2" i believe, which is normal lowering height.
