Idle/Shudder

Ive still been having some problems with my idle, its really low like 500-700 and each time i reset the ECm it will always idle there never stalls. One other thing, when at a stop at a light and i take my foot off the gas it like moves forward like so slowy or not at all, most cars that i have driven the car moves up smoothly, my car shakes , and also when i put the car in reverse on an incline backing up it makes a noise, like could it be a lower motor mount or tranny mount?

I have tired pulling the fuse and leaving battery dissconnected

Could be a coil pack goin bad and causing a misfire at low rpm. Might try gettin those checked.
