Try a junkyard.
Get all the wiring, the computer and the transmission from the donor car.

You're lucky to have found a Fiero in the Netherlands. My guess is finding a 3800SC isn't going to be easy. Importing stuff from the US is an option but the shipping charges are murder.
I'm not a big fan of swapping EFI engines because of the intense engineering that goes into each model of vehicle. It tends to open up a lot of quirks and bugs that take forever to find and fix. Because of this I advise sticking with your factory engine and making mods to it instead. I DO wish you lots of luck, and I hope you'll soon be posting pics of your Fiero blowing the doors of Jaguars and Opels.

Not that hard, one just sold on Ebay for just over $550. A complete motor, flexplate, coil pack, wires. Look around they are out there, and if your close to Indiana I can get you one for about $1000, for a few $ I can get everything, wiring harness, ECM, transaxle, motor mounts, alternator, starter, exhaust manifolds, exhaust Y pipe, etc.....
E-mail me if your close.
