engine overheating need help:S

The thing is that my termosensor broke when it vas removed snapt right in the midel........and it was with 2 connectors not 1 a littel higher then the oilfilter so i but a bolt there .....but now the engine heatsup fast.......i think the termosensor was connected with the termostat and it dosent let the engine cool dowb:/....an the no partshop ha that pat they say that the part i am looking for does not exist :confused:
