messed up on my bumper

i took off the front bumper and tried to put it back on but didn't fit right.. i believe cuz of bracket was bent.. how much will it cost to get a new set.. of bracket. ?.. and does it come with rubber piece and plastic screws???.. i'm sure someone has some kinda idea , what i'm talking about..
