The Best Handling Vette?

Hello there Vette enthusiasts, I have a question for all of you guys, which would be the "best handling corvette ever made", and why? Cuz, I have an '84, full motorsports Grennwood body kit with the Gotti rims, and I have been thinking about selling it, to get a newer one, like one with an LT1 or LT4, but I have heard that the '84 is the best handling vette, even better than the Z06, is that true? They tell me that the only thing the '84 needs to be the ultimate Vette, is just a little bit more horsies. So, I dont know what to do now, should I invest on a newer vette, or should I get, lets say, stroker kit, aluminum heads, headers and mufflers, even some boost or a shot of NOS.
