Better Value?

Which of these two boxes is a better deal? I will put them behind my backseat. The mtx package will probably fit better but I use my trunk a lot so the speakers may get scratched. I know neither of them have great subs but I will buy a good amp. (can anyone recomend a good one for either of these?)

The mtx will sound way better than the bahns, cause it is sealed
