AC recharge

I want to recharge the AC on my 2000 Expo. I bought the kit to do it but the charger kit valve connection won't fit the expo's. I looked around and did not find any other connection (I know there is supposed to be two-one "in" and another "out"). The one I tried is located besides the washer fluid reservoir and on top of the compressor. Any suggestions?

OK!

I will check to see if I can find it there.

Appreciate your help, Thanks

Charging your A/C with a "suicide kit" is dangerous at best. The refrigerant charge in the system has to be balanced to the ounce for the system to perform properly.
The "low side" service port is near the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
It's sticking out of the accumulator, but, true to form, Ford saw fit to cover it up with heater hoses and wiring harnesses, so you can't find it.
