Well it depends on if you have plans to do anything else to the car.
But I've heard good things about the Venom intake manifold, especially if your looking into tuning the car more
It will allow up to a 65mm throttle body and also increases volumetric effiency by 70%.
Rule of thumb, you get for what you pay for

I have personally seen a Venom manifold that blew the welds (seriously) at 28 psi. The guy called Venom to complain, and they claimed it was for applicactions UNDER 25psi.
Bang for the buck: Extrude honed 1g.
bclipse: Current mods?

The stock 1 G manifold can run 10's untouched. Nuff said.

Word. Judging from bclipse's sig pic, he doesn't even have exhaust yet (but I'll let him speak for himself). Right now your money can be spent much better elsewhere IMO.

Intake manifold is the least important of your beginning mods. For reference,
the 1g head is better than the 2g
then worked on, is cheap and flows very well, like LandoAWD said...
aftermarket manifolds add power basically only on the top end, as in 6000-8000rpm, and I would choose magnus or BJ's.
Then of course, the reason you wouldn't want to spend money on one now is that the stock turbo doesn't even flow that well at high RPM, and the entire car isn't really prepped for high RPM driving and shifting.
Lastly, aftermarket manifolds do not fit well. In most cases you will be relocating things like coil packs I believe, and probably more. I have limited knowledge of intake manifolds because they are practically only for the fastest DSM's. :)

The dejon flange is way too thin, dont bother with that one. The only manifold in that 2g section that is actually made for a 2g head would be the magnus. Maybe the venom too, I Cant be sure though. Most people have accepted the magnus manifold as the only one to run on a 2g head.
I personaly run the BJs manifold, and I'll back up what wagon said. They are a pain in the ass. I had a bitch of a time getting my 950s to fit, coil pack gets relocated, cruise control has to go, or get reloacted, brake fluid reservoir has to move, all of your vac plumbing gets redone, UICP will no longer work, etc. ;) Thats one of the last resort mods, when you are trying to increase airflow to boost ratio...

hey i dont own a turbo now.. but this wat i learned.. if u r so much in need of more air flow.. u are better of port and polishing ur intake manifold, rather than buying these fancy stuffs (unless ur car is a show gst where u need some bling) i also heard guys porting and polishing it for around $100- $150. hope this helps
