Hey everyone, i'm new to this forum so bare w/ me. I've got a 205xs that i'm currently doing up, the paint work has taken a bit of bashing, and its pretty rough in places, but i've tidied it up ready for respraying, but i don't wanna spray it the old charcoal carbony colour it was before, i wanna go for sopmething different. I asked a garage in my local home town and they said it would be over 1000 to spray the whole car. I have done a bit of spraying before myself, but don't feel confident to do the whole thing as i don't wanna mess it up, this 1000 sounds a bit steep. Does anyone know the average qoute for spraying a car? As i have no idea? Any help would be useful.

Thanks!

its between 500-1500 depends on the colour and the effect you have put in

Spraying a car is a massive task, I have like you also sprayed various parts before but would never take on the whole of the vehicle.

Before making any decision you gotta ask yourself questions like "can i condone spending a grand on respraying" "is the car worth the money?" if the answers are yes maybe it's time to buy a bodykit too - seeing as your having the rest of the car resprayed for an extra couple of hundred you might as well go the whole hog.
