Need help in making a smoother ride

Right now, I've got a set of GS2 Gas Shocks, and I don't know what springs I have. The problem is that the ride is so stiff. I took it to a shop, and they alligned it and put on a camber kit which helped a little, but the ride is still way too stiff. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some springs that will give a smooth ride and still keep my 2" drop?

Well you need stiffer springs to compensate for the lower ride height. If you didn't increase the spring rate you would bottom out on your shocks - bad.

Try to find out what springs you have first.

Yea, find out what springs they are. They could be some generic brand you've never heard of before. The closest thing to a 2" drop for other springs are SPRINT springs. Both of my cousins have those on there cars and it has a pretty good ride and the drop is 2 1/4". Not too much shy of 2". Good luck with everything.:)

How do I find out what brand of springs I have? I took a look at my springs, and they're just black, and have no printing on them. I can't contact the previous owner because he moved after he sold me the car. So what do I do?
