im getting a prelude si 4th gen very soon, and like the civic, u can swap the d16 to b16 with the current bolts, it fits in perfectly on to the engine bay. what about the prelude
if it is a h23 auto. will i be able to get a 4th gen h22 and do a swap with auto. or what. or do i have to get a 5th gen h22 cause the 5th gen h22 comes in auto. will i have to change the transmission.
and here in australia, it costs around the 1,50 dollar range to do a swap. includeing trade in. but not including labour costs. do it cost quite the same in the USA when comparing a sway between a D16 and B16 and to a H23 and a H22. thanks

h22 wil bolt on directly onto the h23 mounts.
as for the tranny, you can keep your auto h23 tranny, swap for an h22 stick or h22 auto. It really doesn't matter. All H series transmissions can be mixed and matched.
