You can easily find that kind of infor at autos.msn.com. According to them the max torque is 200 lb-ft with 160 horses. I'm pretty sure the top speed on the speedo will be 120mph or 140mph

Before installing Hypertech programming, the governor on my 96 Z28 was 115.

A friend of mine has a 94 Camaro with the 3.4L V-6 and a 5-spd. manual trans., and I've been in it with him and it would shut down at 114 mph in 4th, and a 111 mph in 5th.
It wasn't a speed demon or anything, but it was actually pretty fast (especially compared to other V-6 pony cars). I think his had some kind of after market exhaust, but other then that, it was stock. I seen him out run a 97 V-6 Camaro pretty bad, but it was an auto.

For clarity purposes: The govenor would be the speed at which you cannot go any faster at full throttle. Mine is limited at 110mph, but I have been to around 120mph on level ground at 75% throttle (in overdrive), and near 145mph at 75% throttle (in OD) downhill. 1990 RS V6
Also, www.transmissionhead.com sells a overdrive lock-out switch for the 700R4 transmission (which apparently is easy to install) which will keep your transmission in OD at 100% throttle. I imagine this would allow a max speed of somewhere near 150-170mph. YES!!!!
