00-03 Rear Sway Bar Suggestions

I hear that THIS particular model (SE for me) doesn't need an aftermaket Rear Sway Bar because of the mechanics of its rear. But I also hear the RSB is a big improvement especially over the front which i noticed little difference.

Well did anyone add one to the rear and was it worth the $150? Is there any validity to it not needing one? I don't want to change shocks/struts until they go.
