J30 Vs. 01 Tiburon

Last night, i re asked my ex girlfriend out. I was an idiot so it was my fault, but she heard from some people that i raced, so she said to race her and if i won, she'd consider going back out with me. She drives an 01 tiburon stock (i know, cause i helped her pick it out) and of course my 93 infiniti j30t is basically stock...

well she's driving an auto, so am i... I'm not one to let a lady loose, but alot more was on the line than simple chivary. I was like "follow me, i know a spot where there's next to no chance of cops" so i took her in the back woods area where there's basically a 4 lane road with no one on it (it was 2am by the way) and it's approx 1/4 till you get to a light. i said to the light first wins...

She knows how to drive that car... Believe me, she's not one of those girls that's like "ooh i'm going to race! yippie!" she's a spicy spanish girl whom is just as vicious as the shark she drives (Tiburon is shark in spanish)

Well we start off and i get a good kick. My wheels catch at the right moment (damn i wish i had a camcorder for this one) she has a 4cyl engine as opposed to my 6, but her car is lighter so it made it to be quite interesting.... At about 4krpm i'm going 110 and she's right beside me... I'm going about 130 and she's starting to get a little scared, and by 135 she's slowing down because the light is coming up... It was a green light so i just flew by it, spun the car around and did one of those bad ass 180 spins that you only see in movies. (did you know at 135 that dotted line is one straight one?) my dad taught me how to do the 180 spin so it came in handy... Well she came out of her car, ran up to me and said "i think you just got yourself a girlfriend... again"

:grinyes: She likes my car, and i like hers... we dated for like a year and a half previously and took 2 months apart because i was a dumbass... but if i was driving my previous car, a 88 ltd crown victoria... she woulda killed me in a heartbeat lol.

So that makes 4 cars i've beat in the last 2 weeks.

I guess it's good your got the girl back...

To the light is "Exactly" A quarter mile, From what you stated.. In that "quarter mile" the base model 4 cylinder Tiburon got up to 135 mph. Let's see here, That would have to put the Tiburon in about the 11's 12's?? with that trap speed.
