Maybe fuel?

Ok B16 in 89 4d civic. i turned the key over for the second time and nothing. Ive been tracing my wiring and no luck yet, i got spark, but dont know if i have fuel pumping. How can i check if fuel is pumping. I took off the return line and tried starting and no fuel, tried finding the wire that goes to the fuel pump but cant find it.????????????

Turn it over a few times, pull a plug, have a smell. Thatll tell you if you have fuel. If you have fuel and spark, check timing.

If no fuel, check pump, filter (blocked) and lines.
