01-04 civic GC sleeves on 96-00 civic?

Anyone have any idea if Ground Control Sleeves for a 01-04 civic will work on a 96-00 civic? I know the suspension setups for both gen civics are different but just want to be sure.

unless you decide to swap out the entire suspension from the 01-04 in your car.. dont even think about it
