1990 Cherokee will not turn over

My friend has a 90 Cherokee and it will not turn over, its getting fuel ok, and the spark is ok, im thinking mabe a bad crank sensor, anybody else have any more info?

Will not turn over? You mean the engine doesn't turn?
If it is 'turning over' but isn't starting, your guess is a pretty good one, the CPS.
