Blower fan/front speakers

Two issues here.

First, the front speakers on my wife's PA are blown. How do I get into them to replace them?

Second, the blower fan in her car isn't producing a good volume of air. I just replaced the blower fan last month so I know the fan is good b/c I can hear it. However, her climate control is wierd anyway, it works when it want to and not when she pushes the buttons. This is for a/c as well as heat. Anyone have any idea why the fan isn't producing a full volume of air.

I've seen clogged evaporator cores that restrict the air flow. Need to know what year car to help further.
