Cant Find Code Meaning

I have a 91 Park Ave and it wont start. The ECM is showing a code 58 but Icant find the meaning of this code. Does anyone have other suggestions, or knows what this code is. Thanks.

My book says " Pass-Key Fuel Enable Circuit".
"Refer to theft Deterrent system for diagnosis".
