Car Will Not start just put motor in...

I dont know what is is wrong but let me explain the situation... I bought a d16z6 and it sat for 2 months. When the motor was in the previous civic it ran like a freakin champ no honda valve tap or anything. Now i get the motor put in my hatchback and the SOB will not start. I need some help bad When i can start the car which is sometimes it bulgs and sputters and shakes and all kinds of sht like im on a roller coaster or something it is weird. Also when we switch the spark plugs around in different orders it starts better and then worse when we switch them again
Possibilites (let me know what i can do and if these possibilites are right):
1. Timing
2. Fuel Pump
3. Spark
4. Main Relay

Try cleaning your injectors, and I'm assuming you did an oil change? Maybe do a compression check. But timing, spark, and fuel are always a good idea to check out.

make sure the plug wires are in the right place
