Hey guys.... I just bought a 1971 chevy Nova and im wondering how much a paint job would cost or if I could do it myself. Im also wondering if i should change the auto to a manual. The problem with changing it is that the stick is in the steering column and not in the floor. Should i keep the original look to it or should I change the whole steering column and put a manual in it. Thanks.

Do you realize that you posted this in the R/C forum? Why is it that a lot of people who have just joined the forum are too fucking lazy to find the right place to post? I doubt you'd be able to paint a car yourself if you can't even find the right forum to post in asking about it.

Simple as this...get a real professional automotive painter to do it for you. And now I am moving this to the right place.
