I know i asked this before, but what exactly are the dangers of replacing one, things to watch out for, or to keep in mind?

ha....only done it once, and if I have to do it again I'm going to the junkyard for doors with handcrank windows.
Dangers....well, for starters, the inside panel is fiberglass conveniently fitted into the metal outer door. Don't push on the mounting screws too hard, or they will push through.
Watch the spring mechanism when you get the bolts off.....really hurts to get your hand caught in there!

So that would be it, just keep away from spring and keep aware of the fiberglass. So basically no trouble, just unbolt drill bolt and Bolt panal back on....

Not sure exatcly how yours works, but in my 94 I had to prop up the window with something so it wouldn't fall down and break after I pulled the motor out. And watch out for that spring like hellfire said, that thing is under enough pressure to do some serious damage.
