got new skunk2 harness and computer

hey guys/girls. quick question i hope. i just got a new skunk2 harness and conversion kit for my 2001 integra GSR, and i was wondering why when it gets cold outside, it does that jumping rpm thing? know what i'm talking about; it rev's at an idle for no reason. oh and if anyone has one or knows, why every so often does it just not start, i have to take out my new computer and put my old on in, start it up, and then put the skunk2 one back in. any help would be awesome

Its called "rough idle"; its common among those who have swapped their ecu's.

Although, I dunno any reason why your car won't start.
