The car has not been in any major accidents.
Note, the trunk currently has plugs from a custom wing taken off last year (let me know if you're interested in the wing...I'll forward the info on it)
Maintenance (major and minor) has been on time and currently up to date (if necessary, I can go through my records and find the maintenance dates)
There is currently approx 88K miles on the car (mostly highway miles).
Stock Honda AM/FM stereo with CD player will be included (It's currently boxed in the Kenwood box.
There are some minor scratches, dents and dings (as with any 5 year old car).
I still have approx 11K miles left on the warranty.
