The U.S. doesnt get a wagon version of the A8. But europe does. I think it might do well here. we like our cars big, and luxurious in America. But with the rising cost of gasoline, people are looking for alternitives to SUV's. and station wagons (or nowdays, "sport touring") have the fuel efficiency of a comparably sized car, but they have the cargo capacity of an SUV. and if you get a powerful engine in it, you can tow your boat or cargo trailor. just like in the good ol' 1960's.
