tranny issues - wont shift - jerks into gear

Sometimes when I first take off in the morning, my car WILL NOT SHIFT properly. It will just keep revving up like it's in neutral and I have to let off the gas and let it slowly rev down, then hit the gas again for it to finally jerk into gear... This also happens everytime I take an exit off the interstate after driving 75 mph for about 20 minutes. I feel a jerk in the axel at the stop light and when I take off its the same thing... high revving like its in neutral and then jerks into gear... but then its fine after a few minutes in city driving. So, I don't know what the hell to do about that. Anyone have a clue?

Could be a clogged vavle body or bad PCS (pressure control Selnoid).
If its clogged then the pressure needed for the shift is going to build up and then when it clears the clog it will shift really harsh.

also your seals may be shot, where there leak through until it builds up enough pressure to apply the pistons.
