I was curious as to whether I can swap my 99 integra gsr cams for the b18b cams? If so, will I need the b18b valves, springs, retainers, etc. I thought I recalled reading somewhere that the valvetrain is the same in both of these cars. So therefore I would only need to buy the cams and some aftermarket cam gears for fine tuning. Is this info. correct or am I wrong? Any help would be great, thanks.

Do you mean b16b cam's? b18b cams are non vtec camshafts and im sure they would hurt more than they would help. that's even if they would fit.

the b16 camshafts will fit in the GSR motor fine. not too sure if u will need upgraded valve springs. but it wouldnt hurt ot put in some performance valve springs like the crower valve springs

they will fit fine, plus you might as well upgrade the rest of the valvetrain while your in there, it certaintly wont hurt anything.
