considering it says 00 and 01+ talons, thats a good indication he has NO idea what hes talking about
and 2, yes its complete crap. Anyone could make that with a dollar and 5 minutes of work, but people dont, because it CAN and WILL cause damage.
It tricks the ECU into thinking the air coming in is actully i think colder, so it changes the timing and fuel curves, but it makes the ECU think this 24/7. So while you may feel a TINY power bump, in any days where temp isnt that cool, the engine will still be running timing curves thinking its colder, and this can lead to serious engine damage and will greatly decrease your reliability, and engine life.
