Tailight swap

I want to put a set of 93 cobra tail lights on my '91 lx. Will the lenses fit as a direct replacement, or do i need to replace the whole assembly? Does anyone know the differnence between the cobra lights and the 85-86 lights and if they they could be swapped in the same way. thanks in advance.

Straight swap.

The Cobra lights are the same as the Mustang SVO lights- they both have thin grey pinstriping on them, which the LX lights don't have.
