My 86 C4 will not start, The fuel pump fuse is dead but fuse is OK ,when then ignition key is in start position the starter will not turn over, the entire system works except for the starter and fuel pump. Any ideas on this. I am stumped. Is it the nutural starter switch?

hard to tell. could be a fusable link. check all wires around battery and starter
