easier swap 2.3 turbo or 5.0

what would be the easier swap into my 90 vert with an 2.3 efi a 2.3 turbo out of a tbird tc or a 5.0 efi or carb?

5.0 carb. no screwing around with intercooler piping, stock hood, torqey. i wouldn't even touch a 2.3 personally. an EFI 5.0 isn't that difficult either, the only thing is having the wiring harness and computer at hand. you also need a transmission, exhaust, and a stronger rear end, preferably with a gear and an LSD.

Easiest would be the carbed setup. For EFI, the 23T would be easier than an EFI 5.0.
