Amp install

Howdy everyone,
Im installing an amp into my 2001 Yukon and am wondering which place I should put it? I've seen many pictures of Yukons where they install the amp under the second row seat behind the driver. I looked under the car and that is where the gas tank is located. I'm not sure what I would be screwing into? Any suggestions? :rolleyes:
