Anti Theft Steering Wheel

Well I've Just Put On A New Steering Wheel By Grant It Has The Adapter So I Could Just Remove My Steering Wheel When I Park My Car, Now I Could Remove The Wheel When I Want Too, Isn't That Cool, They Once Tried To Steal My Car Right Infront Of My House, Sons Of Bitches Broke The Column And Rolled The Car Down A Few Houses Down, I Guess They Didn't Want To Fire It Up Right Upfront Because I Would Have Heard Them, Well Anyways My Step Dad Woke Me Up And Asked Me How Screwed Up Did I Get Last Night,i Didn't Even Know What He Was Talking About I Got Pissed Off Because He Woke Me Up Early, Then He Tells Me My Car Is Three Houses Down And Against The Curb So I Ran Out There And Sure Enough My Right Tire Was Against The Curb Holding The Car Up, When They Broke My Columm They Bent A Piece Of Metal And That Small Piece Of Metal Prevented Them From Been Able To Take The Car , I Just Think My Baby Didn't Want To Leave Me, Well Anyways I Hope I Don't Have That Problem Any More Especially Now That I Got A Removeable Steering Wheel.

you want to hear something even worse? I had an 83 Ford Escort, it had about 10 oil leaks, smoked when you drove it, it was a complete piece of crap....someone actually stole it. STOLE it! Then demolished it and sent it to the tow yard where I either had to pay $90 for them to keep it or $160 to take it home. That sucked.

that is a cool idea about the removable wheel, but what will you do when some on catches your windows down and steals the steering wheel.
or they have a grant wheel to put back on it

it's not funny! I was pissed! The stupid thing is that the theives took the new tires off -then replaced them with old tires.....wtf???

Well The Cool Thing Is That Theres A Lock On The Adapter So You Need A Key To Remove And To Put The Wheel On, And Plus I Would Never Leave My Window Open Without Me Been Able To Keep Both Eyes On My Car

maybe they stole it for the tires, sounds liek they may have been worth more than the car :P

um, grease, isnt that entrapment????? they get your car, and then you have to pay to get it back, and you have to pay to leave it???? so you have to pay them money either way, when you arent responceable for them having it???? i woulda taken that to court babe.

but on topic now,that removeable steering wheel is a great idea, ive thought about it myself, but to me a hidden kill switch is a much better idea. but perhaps to do both, is priceless :)

well, I hear now that you can fight that kind of thing, but at the timem, I didn't know. Maybe if I had pulled the crying girl trick, they would have let me have it, but I don't cry, so I lost my chance. lol
