power windows do not work....HELP!!!!!

I'm a newbie to bmw cars. I recently bought a 93 325I, and now I am having trouble with my electric windows and moon roof. They will not go down or up nor slide. What might be causing the problem.....HELP!!!!! At first the window would hesitate go react, but now they will not even move. Plus my moon roof is halfways open, and it might rain today here in town.

review some earlier posts, the most common cause is the 'Comfort Relay' up behind the inst. cluster. You remove the cover under the dash to reach it and get on first so you'll know which relay's which.
