Wassup!!

back from my first vacation. had a great time. i will be here until friday, and then be gone for a week. and my internet is acting up, so i won't be able to get on here that much for the couple of days i can. hope all the z's are doing good! i know mine is, except for my tires.......i am in desperate need of tires.

good to see your back. ever thought of the nitto555's. i have those on my car and they stick really good. or if u plan to go all out i would suggest some drag radials. i have seen drag radials take a half a second off of a car before.

i was looking at getting yokohama ES100's. not too expensive, but yet still nice. the vacation was great. went cliff jumping, horseback riding, go-kart driving (don't have that around kc), and i just relaxed in the lake. a great break from working 40 hours a week.

it will be dull for another week. after that, i will hopefully be home all the time until christmas break comes. wait, i will probably go out of town for thanksgiving break too. i just noticed you have the carbing strut bar 1via, how is that? i was thinking about getting that one sometime.

It's great... but I had to remove my throttle plate cover... it sits so close to the engine! But now I can finally shut my hood down w/o forcing it!!!

I get to go on vacation from the 29th-2nd... But I may be able to get one once in a while up in Cow-Pie Central... Also know as Vermont.

I HATE vacations... Waste of money.

But I am getting tired of working 45hours+ every week... On top of football... So it may be fun.

7-9am : Football Work-Outs
10-5 : Work
5-8 : Football Practice)

Dude...I just put a pair of Goodyear GT-HRs on my car in the rear and they're crazy sticky. Plus, they're wider and a tad taller (225/40/R16 front and 245/40/R16 rear) so my car looks kinda like a hot rod. I like it...can't wait to lower it.

i am back.....again. this vacation wasn't as fun as the last one, but better than i thought it was going to be. i really really missed my baby girl. glad to have her back to drive.

What-up, freaky?

freaky? thats a new one. well, i was going to make a new thread for this story, but i will just tell it right now. this happened yesterday (monday), i was driving down a road and i heard a tink tink tink, i thought it was just a car around me. but then all my warning lights came on like my alternator went out, so i was just like damn it, my alternator went out again.

well, i looked at my engine temp and it rose to about 1/4" below H, at that point i was like shit. so i pulled into a gas station. i popped the hood and checked the coolant, looked fine. i did a quick look around and didn't notice anything (of course, everything is hidden).

so i decide to turn on my car to see if i can hear or see anything. i turn it on and i hear a buzzing. my little electric fan is on, first time ever with me. i look at the engine bay and my big fan isn't turning. i thought, that isn't good, no fan turning -> water pump isn't pumping. so i look closer and my damn accessory belt broke. so i am fucked.

i go home, buy a belt, and change it this morning (tuesday). it didn't squeak on the way to work, but did on the way home, so i am going to tighten it tomorrow. oh, but there is more. when i changed the belt, there was a couple of chips in my underdrive pulley that probably cut away at the belt. so know i have to buy a new underdrive pulley........oh man, i guess i will have to settle for unorthodox, damn it. lol.

Damn... that sucks! I woulda been pissed! But at least you have an excuse to get a UD pulley! I hear you get like 5-8HP and extra response!

yes, pulley after tires. i got front tires a couple days ago (just front ones cuz they were so bald that the steel belting in them got weak and the tires go bumps in them which made for a very shaky steering wheel), and i am going to get rear tires soon. then the pulley will come.

one more thing, those little dots that are on the envelopes of the threads you post in aren't showing up on my computer, is anybody else having this problem?
