Alright guys, let it rip. I don't know if there has been a post about this but share with the community of your accidents, near-death or what not, damage, and injuries.

Starting with me, my first car, the 1989 Mustanyota. I was racing an Integra GSR Sedan (who later became my friend) down a steep mountain road (Skyline Blvd.) doing about 80 in a 35 zone. He was a car length ahead as he came into a right bend, him in the right lane and I in the left with a van in front of me. His car spun 90 degrees as he made the turn and I thought he was trying to drift. I started braking as well to avoid hitting the van in front of me but unfortunately began to understeer towards the center divider. My car hit the curb of the center divider and then riocheted to the curb on the right of the road. I thought he did a full 360 and drove off but he later told me his fender was dented in. My front axles were broken but no injuries.

The 2nd one wasn't as lucky. So I'm cruising down I580 through Castro Valley heading towards Oakland at about 85-90mph in my 2003 RSX, just switching lanes. I just switched to the 2nd fastest lane from the fastest lane, trying to cut over to left between a car that was side-to-side with me and a big rig that now lies in front. After switching, I hesitated and started thinking about how one should never hesitate when racing on the freeway. Well I finally got back to reality and realized I better start stepping on the brakes. I apply the brakes gradually and kept pushing harder. I begin to feel the ABS working and the traction slipping a little. About 2 feet away, I came to the conclusion that I had to do something before I get this rig from the rear. So I swerved to my left into the fastest lane and countersteered to get back to balance. Unfortunately, I lost control of the car and it fishtailed towards the right. The only thing I remember then was "Oh Crap!"
The right side of the car slammed right into the opening of the big rig and was fixated perpendicular to it. I told myself, "Wake up, this isn't real, damn I'm in deep $hiT!"
So I'm stuck and the rig begins dragging me. He drags me..and drags me...and drags me..and drags me.. I was dragged for approximately half a minute before the rig is able to stop in the emergency lane. I started thinking "Damn, where are you hurt?"
I sit inside waiting for a feeling of pain, anywhere, but not a single thing. I finally get out, surprised I can move, walk, practically scratchless as I look at my "lowered car." Looked like I had some nice springs. = ) The right tire was blown due to dragging, the left tire was halfway eaten up with 1/3 of the rotor eaten by the dragging as well, and the entire hood of the passenger side was caved in. Looked like a convertible. And the best thing I can remember was when I got out of the car and said to myself, "Damn, the car really looks good lowered."

I remember my accident with the 240..

It was about 7:00pm I was parking my car after driving home, I got out locked the door, and went into my house. Two hours later I went back out to my car and a truck was parked on top of it. Oh snap. =(

some dumb bitch rear ended me while on the cell phone in stop and go traffic. this was 4th of july 2003. only a small screw hole from her license plate made an imprint on my back bumper.

My boss called me at 7:00 in the morning and asked me if I could come in. So, being a good employee, I said yes. I hurried out of bed, got dressed and went outside. For some reason, there was about a thousand mosquitoes outside. I ran and got into my truck as fast as I could so they wouldn't get in. About five got in, so I rolled down the window when I got on the road. A very important paper started to fly out of the window, but I caught it just in time. As I was trying to put it in a safe place, I drove straight through a curve, into the grass, through an electrical pole and into a canal. I landed on four wheels though, which was pretty amazing. When I woke up, the waves were splashing around, and I thought I was going to die. So, I rolled down the passenger window (not sure why I didn't go through the already open driver window) and crawled out. It was shallow enough that I could crawl out of the water, but it wasn't easy. Luckily I made it out with only a strained lower back, a really bloody nose and a bill from the electric company. My truck was almost cut in half though. The tailgate flew off and still has not been recovered.

The reason why i havent posted in a month or so is because i just wrecked my 240. Which sucks cause now it is is summer and i dont want to drive my truck. But heres what happened. I was out around town just driving around. Looking to drift or drag, just whatever. I find some jackass with a civic who thinks my 240 is stock. We get to a nice little spot to drag a good 1/2 mile long two lanes, but a big turn at the end. I smoke him and and slow down just to pace him, and goad him into racing again. As the turn came up i sped up just like i would take any turn going abouty a buck. He some how clipped my bumper after this and i started to spin into his lane. I counter steer and end up going into the guard rail. I hit it headlights first, Now maybe i was going a little fast but i ended up fliping over a few times. The civic was long gone when i got out of the car. I ended up losing my shoe, and when i found it it had a good ammount of glass in it. I was okay, 4 point harnesses work. The car is gone now. And i had to get my friend with a tow truck to get it out of there before a cop came. So you can all yell at me now, there is one less S14 around, It is totalled in my barn. But now i guess i should look into getting a replacement. Any ideas

Damn, KenOhki2112 that sucks. Makes you think how lucky you were that you wasn't in there when it happened.

J SPEC SilEighty, that's like a damn paper cut, so annoying. A little screw that caused that much damage. Come to think of it, I was rear-ended before by a truck but I didn't sustain any damage.

nutinwrongwitdat, pretty crazy dude. Sounds like something that happens right of the movies. Good thing you didn't panic or else who knows what could have happened...We're lucky people = )

Go for another S14 ironzpy!! But hey, why did you have to pull your car out before the cops came? Couldn't you have just claimed a hit and run by that civic because he did "clipped" you right? Your insurance would have covered it would they not?

they would have written me up with a huge ticket, cause i wasnt going slow at the time and it is a spot infamous for racing in my area. i would rather just salvage what i can and just lose the frame and whatever else isnt going to be used ever again.

This was in my 96 Camry V6 LE. I was listening to music and not paying attention, and there was a 25 mph switchback up ahead on shitty road and I was doing 40 mph. Made the turn, just missing the curb, but the car starting fishtailing. Like a noob, I took my foot off the gas, the car lost control and hit a curb. All I got was a completely shredded front right tire :P

I was driving down 1949 Tara Blvd (the road to ATL speedway NOPI), my mom was behind me with here Taurus GL, me with my SHO showing off, I looked back and couldn't see her, I heard screeching sounds, I turned to see the cars infront of me had slammed on their brakes. Turns out some idiot wanted to turn left and wasn't sure so he decided to stop in the middle of the highway, I had no time to brake, I veered left into the median, avoided a speed sign, went for quit a dist. When I tried to move, the wheels just kept spinning, turns out, it had rained heavily the previous night. my 17" wheels were completely under the mud. Took a tow truck 30min just to pull it out, and costed me $10 just trying to spray the mud out. It was either the mud or slam into a new BMW at 45mph. Luckily no damage, just dirt.

I had bought a 95 Trans-am, 6sp, my SHo was in the shop. I had moved out, got my DL suspended and some other shit, I was moving back home, after driving for 5 months without a DL this was going to be the last day till I get it back in 3wks, my clutch was gone in the bird, driving down the road, some old fool born in 1929 pulls out of a sams club and T-bones me, I did a 360, my front wheels hit the curb and went over. I got out of the car and there was a small sting on my lower back, which ended up being a F***ed up back till now, was busted for driving on a suspended DL, and was arrested but my mom came to the scene, yelled at the police for keeping me in the back of the cruiser and I was injured, she was so pissed off they quickly let me go and put arrested and released on the report. I was finned $860, lawyer fines etc, and the dude that hit me, he walked away with a failure to yield ticket, this was the begining of a long descent in my life, all to the point I am now trying to climb back.. They fixed my firebird, I sold it to my neighbour, bought an S14 and stripped my SHO which is now at the salvage yard.

well, this happend to my friend in his 91' mr2(i was in the passanger seat).
we were making a u-turn(in the rain) and the stupid mr2 decided to lose control and it spun out. it was fine until some stupid lady, that had more than enough time to stop, decided not to use her brakes and scream instead(stupid spick not knowing how to drive). so ya what could have been totally harmless ended up cost him almost 2 grand. he was saving up for an engine swap and had to blow it on that because of that dumbass lady.

we were doing about 100 on a straight road with a big curve at the end. We went into the curve at 90 and the car just started to spin, we almsot hit a mailbox and a reflector sign. Then he corrected it and we almost slid into a ditch. When were done spinning we ended up in the middle of the lane facing the right direction. Luckily, there was no damage to his car.

Maybe it's me, but it seems that more often then not, people are doing something they shouldn't be doing and say the person who hit them is stupid....

240sx...i was cruising along a river road following a friend to a party cuz i didnt know the way. All of the sudden i see him go down a little hill (i thought it was a drive way to the house because there was a house right there, o yea it was pitch black out, no street lights (in east jesus). So it turned out that the fucking thing was a cliff that he totally jumped like a dukes of hazard type deal, he wasnt paying attention. So i slam the brakes and barely skid off the 4 ft cliff and did a nose dive straight into mother earth and fuck up my front fenders and break my motor mounts.

240sx.....i was on my way home from school some douche bag slams on brakes and causes a chain reaction through traffic. I stop completely about 3ft from car in front of me then i hear tire squeal and bam guy hits me from behind. Bumper hangs off a bit now and floor board in hatch is wrinklier than my grandma...totalled the car but i bought it back cuz i can fix it.

240sx.....i wake up and find out my neighbor slid on some ice and took out my whole driver side quarter panel. nice $1200 check from her because she didnt want to turn it in to insurance. So i went and bought some coilovers.

240sx.....parked at my uncles house my AUNT decides not to look before she backs out and hits my left rear quarter panel.

Acura integra (moms, i would never buy a honda)....on the way to school going a good 40mph. Some dumbass kid that just got his license on the week end is waiting to turn in. Its not a turn lane its just a yeild and go type thing when the coast is clear. Im in the left lane...cars are backed up in the right lane...girl in right lane waves him on...i guess he thought she was queen traffic controller...so he goes when im about 25ft AWAY FROM HIM. I slam the breaks only skids about 10ft then BAAAAAM!!!!! totalled out the lil acura. I was unhurt because God knew that kid was a dumbass. I get out ENRAGED and yell at him...only to find out hes dazed and confused. All his passengers blame it on him and i walk away unharmed with no ticket. I mean if you guys were there you would of been like omg wtf was he thinking. It looked like he almost did it on purpose or something.

funny how none of these were reported to insurance except for the kid who hit me from behind and totalled me out. I got $2000 for the car and bought it back for $400 so i made $1600 for that wreck, well and the Acura but then my mom went and bought a G35 so i was like that kid did us a favor lol. Sorry for the BOOK i just typed.

Lucky you, I got $4000 for my firebird wreck, then -$860 (fine driving on susp DL), -$350 (Lawyer), -$200 (probation), -$300 (clutch), the check was gone within 2 weeks, I got f****d, and still having back problems.

Haha, losers....i havent wrecked yet.Just kiddin'. Just waiting until i do. Im going out in style!!!

1st accident = backed into concrete drain thing, rear bumper bashed in the center, folded license plater

2nd accident = backed into a tree coming out of thiw girls driveway (i sneezed and closed my eyes for a second and some how wandered 5ft to the side of the driveway) bumper even more bashed in, now hanging about an inch lower

3rd accident = some indian lady pulled up realy fast and sat in back of my car while i was backing out, looked like she did it on perpouse. tapped her car, thankfully my bumper is so fucked up by now it just cushoned it and created no damage. Althought her car was dirty as hell, she said i made this small scratch that had dirt over it. My car had just had a 60$ full car clean so i couldnt of made it and got dirt on it.

4th accident = went off roading behind bald hill because i thought there was a car show, but there wasnt and i was bored. went nose down into a ditch and had to get towed out.

This was all in a 1994 geo prizm, i used to ram things like gates and shopping carts because i have no respect for it. Now i wish i had taken care of it, because i could of got 3k for it, now hopefully 1200$

In my 240sx, I had just bought it, was driving it illegaly like around the neighbor hood and shit. Now being new to rear wheel drive, and the road soaked, i spun out on a pretty busy street trying to get into a neighborhood adjacent from mine. I clipped the curb and tore my hubcap off.

yesterday, i bought a dodge spirit for 100$, took a sawzall and made it convertable. Ripped off all the vin plates and shit. Spray painted bananarama everywere and rammed it into a tree at a park. It got towed i guess, i ran like hell out of there.


about a month ago, my friend was driving his 1990 300zx with 2 kids in the passenger seat. He had tires so bald, little peaices of wire were sticking out all over. both kids in the passenger seat were high, and tellin him to floor it, so naturaly he does. The road curved slightly and his tires couldnt take the stress. His tires blew, he spun out and his wheels were like turned sideways under the car. did a 360 went across the street, hit a stop sign, spun, hit a tree, spun and hit a mailbox. shitload of cops came. The two kids in the passenger seat, threw there pot underneath a cop car. This asshole from down the block kept trying to get him arrested, and kept making up shit, (the guy down the block is a cop who got kicked off the force for hitting another car while he was drunk and inside his cop car) Some lady kept telling the cops he blew a stop sign even though his skid marks showed he was sideways 15ft before it. est. $18k to fix the damage on his car. 1990 300ZX non turbo 2seater 5sp, 180k, the tires he ordered came in next morning


A week later, my 240 was still not registerd and parked around the block. I went for a drive with my friend who just got in the accident, i figure hey, maybe he'll buy my car so i let him take it for a test drive. So were driving, like 15mph and this asshole in a limo fucking flys buy us and cuts us off at like 80mph. I was like OH FUCK, REVERSE REVERSE so we reverse and haul ass out of the neighbor hood and keeps fucking chasing us and def going like 100mph in the neighbor hood. We make it to the next neighbor hood and all of the suden he cuts us off again and we cant escape. The guy starts yelling GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE CAR NOW ASSHOLE!!!! so the kid driving Joe, gets out and totaly eclipses the guy and starts yelling at him what the fuck is your problem. The guy backs off a bit can tell he got scared. This biker guy comes out of his house and the guy gains confidence and starts yelling shit like i was doing donuts in front of his house and almost hit 5 little kids waiting for there school bus. Then he says i was doing "hole shots" up and down the block. Then he starts yelling at the kid who was driving, that he has no regard for anyone and hes a retard for driving that fast and starts saying shit like "I saw what your dad drove up in, if your dad drives a bens like that (it was a bmw bottom of the line 5series), how much did mommy and daddy waste on buying you a porsche (talking about his z) " So joe gets realy pissed now, and starts yelling at him I BOUGHT THE CAR MYSEL, ALL THE MONEY I SAVED FROM WORKING 6 YEARS and a vein starts to pop out in his neck. THe biker guy starts talking about some bulshit about a mach 1 charger bullshit that he suped it up. Then i start saying he was lying, i was learning to drive stick and chirped the tires A LITTLE. NOT ALL THIS BULLSHIT, he was saying. He relized, no registration and said he was gonna radio in that i stole a license plate and attempted murder because of those little kids waiting for their bus. (THAT WAS ALSO BULLSHIT, I KNOW EVERYONE LIVING ON THE CORNER, the only family with kids went up state, and not only that because i looked around after i did it because i got nervous people were gonna get suspicious) He took all my info and shit and told me if he ever sees me driving it again, hes gonna get me to go to jail for a long time because he knows all the judges. So he leaves, and we leave, parked the car back in its spot and got back in my geo. I drop joe off and as soon as i get back in the neighbor hood i see and and he does the quickest u-turn and comes after me AGAIN. I fuckin haul ass into a dead end and hide there for like 20mins. I finaly make it back home and my brother said he was circling the neighbor hood for a good 3 hours.

If you have a problem and didn't break the law. Why don't you call the cops. most of you need to try slowing down. When you ram into the back of the car in front of you. IT IS YOUR FAULT. this happens because you are going too fast and cannot stop.

my one accident (other than the one caused by my friend which wrecked my old car) fortunately didn't result in any real damage to me or the other car. i was stopped too much into the street and had to back up. however, the car is so low that the stock spoiler blocks some of the view, so i didn't really see the car approaching behind me. we bumped, the woman thought it was her fault (until i admitted that i was backing up: should not have admitted guilt) but her car wasn't damaged cuz she had a rubber bumper guard.we decided to just go on our seperate ways. all luck

bill may god bless you cuz you really need it, and quit trying to go into the reverse gear cuz you don't seem to be able to backup, infact, don't use reverse no more. This should remave atleast 40% of you bad luck driving. I've only had one no fault accident thank god. But tickets are another issue.

I wonder who has had the most expensive ticket, think I'll start a thread on that.

I had a $128 ticket that's including traffic school. Yeah! Beat that suckers! I wonder if it's possible to get a $1,000 ticket. Wow that must suck. But blah, my license is suspended and soon will be on probation if I don't chill. But man, 80mph on the freeway is so damn slow. Everything is so so so slow motion.

Actually I'm not one of those idiots that does that because I know better than to "swerve" between cars during traffic jams. If anything, it's swerving between cars on a "semi-occupied" freeway. Besides, I am not one of those idiots that swerve just to "save 8 seconds." I swerve because it boils my adrenaline, entices my reaction, and maximizes my concentration. However, I believe that's something you know nothing of because 80mph is only slow to you on an "empty freeway."
Come live up to your name, "logik," when you can drive at 100mph with the music on silent and your windows completely rolled down and still maintain optimum concentration because oh what is it? Oh I remember, 100mph is just beginning to break out of the slow barrier. No not on an empty freeway dude.

wow music on silent and windows down whahahhahahahahaahh? lets c i have no radio and no ac for 2 years now so my windows are always down. concentration is easier in my opinion, you can hear all things around you and makes you more aware. especially when u outdrive the punk ass kid in the cobra mustang. lets c i think i racall going about 115-120 (speedo was almost back at 0) and made a shoulder pass on highway passing 3 cars. i know that part of highway, on ramp was coming up so i just used that lane. then swerved over 3 lanes back to fast lane and waited for the kid to come up and gave him the "where the hell were you look" and laughed and drove off. Yea he thought he was tite shit till i pulled of that jackie chan stunt. But here in MO most people do 80-85 on the highway. And go ahead call me a crazy dumbass stupid peice of shit...like i really care. He thought he was all cool trying to race me and talkin mad shit, so i did, but he just couldnt hang with my suicidal tendencies. He got off at the same exit as me and he wouldnt talk anymore shit. i asked him who won he was like uhhhh. i was like ok cya take daddies car back to him. ironically i see him all the time driving but he never seems to look at me anymore. i always give him a devilish grin. its not like using the shoulder is against the rules....we were running out of pavement so i had to use it, its basically a spare lane (really big shoulder compared to most).

i see out of towners driving on it all the time lol.

No wonder there are an increasing number of 240s in the salvage yard, retail drops and y'all can finally afford them.

1st of all, all the backing up stuff happened when i first started driving years ago. When I backed up into that lady i had seen her sitting about 6 feet away waiting for me to pull out. I figured she wanted to get into my spot or whatever. I backed out like normal, i looked foward for a second to make sure i dont clip any of the cars next to me while i start turning and all of the sudden she was fucking moved up right into my path there and i tapped her door trim. Not like I didnt look and blindly floored it into reverse.

And i drive normaly, not retardedly. My geo i dont respect so i may be a little less carefull in that but my other cars such as my 240, i am very carefull. Some people are assholes, such as the guy that chased me.


The Dodge spirit i convertabilized, had a blown head gasket and the transmission was going, i wouldnt ruin a good car.

And i dont swerve in traffic i change lanes with my blinker and decent room bewteen myself and other cars.

i didnt mean to come off like a complete retard in my other post.

once i rearended some dumbass tourist in destin because they missed there turn and decided to lay on the brakes as hard as they could after they had already passes there turn i was pissed but it was my fault since i hit them from behind but damn tourist all to hell i only cruched up my front end a littel bit and put a scratch on there car. it worked out for the best though i got a s13 conversion instead of fixing the stock shit
