Today, I saw something really odd that I thought I'd mention.. maybe you guys can tell me what it is...
Ok I was driving along, and I saw a Lexus GS430(?) at a red light. Nothing special, but then I looked at the wheels, and they looked like they were spinning. At first I thought he was doing a burn-out, but then I notice this was all 4 wheels, and the tires themselves weren't actually moving(no smoke or rubber on ground), only the rim part. What the hell is this??

That my friend is a spinner...or spree wheel...basically its just an attachment to the wheel itself that is balanced so when the wheel stops moving it continues to rotate...very common now on any rims above 20's
