emissions for jdm h22a

hey hows it going. well i recently got a 92 prelude sr with a blown h23 motor. since i have to get a new motor i figured id get the better motor and get the jdm h22a. my main question is what kind of emission problems am i gonna run into when i get this car e checked with the jdm motor because if you fail you have to show a recipt of 300 dollars worth of changes down here in akron ohio. thanks alot
