Here's the story: I am looking at purchasing a 2001 6.0 Diablo. I have always loved the body style (more than the Murci), and I found one I want!!!

I have never owned a Lamborghini before and I am not familiar with what to look for when buying this particular year and model, so I need your help! The car has 5000 miles on the odometer and it is a US model.

What questions should I ask?
Is there any particular problems this year has that I should look into?
Any service bulletins/recalls I need to know about?
I was offered a warranty through exoticwarranty.com. Is this worth it? Anyone ever used this company for a warranty before?
Any other advice or possible warnings would be very helpful.
Thanks!

That is the largest gathering of Lamborghini owners on the web :D

I suggest you check it out and ask them. You might even find someone with the same car you're looking for.

But if I were you, I'd just make sure the car runs, then take it!
the 6.0 is a beautiful car, one of the best Diablo's ever produced, and has an awesome dashboard compared to the earlyer Diablo's. I love it.

Good luck in your question, and 10 points for chosing an awesome car!! :D If you end up purchasing such a work of art, please! Drop by here again to post pics of your new exotic!
