disposing of brake fluid?

How should i go about disposing of the brake fluid that i used to strip the paint off of my ITR

is it safe to dump down the drain
or is that a bad idea?


i need a safe and environmental way to do this

try taking it to an automotive place. They will be happy to dump it in a safe fashion.

Sneak into town, late at night, wearing all black. Park next to a sewer vent, get out, and pour... :D j/k any auto place should be able to tell you what to do with it, if not handle it themselves.

Put it in a bowl, mix it with some kerosene, throw a match and run.
Why don't yuo suggest this to your kid or little brother?

autozone, advanced autoparts or any autoparts store will also dispose of for you

Contact your local fire department for disposal locations.

DO NOT PUT IT IN THE SEWER.

supratuner, how do you dispose of your used oil ?

ill try the autozone or Napa or some thing


my dad usually disposes of the oil, in unsafe manners, and since i ahve no control over what he does, but i do have control over my actions, and i dont want to fuck up local environments

tho i do kno that the local landfill has a big oil drum for used oil, i dont think theyd take break fluid

put a lid on the container and use it again

i used one of those cups that u get in a gas station, to put the model into, and then the fluid, i would put the lid on but idk what happend to it

wonders what a BIG GULP cup can do
