velocity stack on 1986 GN?

hey guys this question may sound weird but here it goes anyway...I'm looking for a velocity stack to go on my t3/t04E turbo and a guy told me he use a 1986 GN 2 bolt velocity stack...Is it stock on your car? Is this something that is easy to find?..I hope somebody can help me out on this

Explain was a velocity stack is??? Maybe it is something that has two names to it. I have never herd of such a thing.

yeah it's the part that goes in the inlet of the compressor on a turbpcharger..I was told it came stock with your car

Oh yea, in the Turbo Buick world, we call that the inlet bell. Anyway, yea it comes stock on our car. I have a couple laying around if they are the right size if you need one.

Buy a GT/TE series turbo and you won't need that. There are two common street turbos for GN's that are used one is a TA-49 and the other is a TE-44. They have the same compressor housing size and same wheel size but the TE-44 does not have the inlet bell that narrows down. It is capable of flowing like 40% more air.

I already got my turbo but thanx anyways..It's a t3/t04E 50 trim 0.8 and 0.6 A/R
