Painted Interior

Hi! I am interested in painting the interior of my car. But I do not know where to start. I have a 98 dodge neon and it does not have a smooth plastic or leather type interior. I have read about getting your interior wrapped but I do not know exactly what that is... Could someone please explain to me what it is to wrap parts of your interior? How I am able to do it? AND how to paint some parts of the interior in my car? I know that I need Krylon fusion paint, but what else? Please help me!!!

Also, if I were to get my interior painted at a shop, how much would it cost ruffly??
