mine is a 93...it's not my sunroof...i can pour water on my pass side wiper and it goes inside, so i took off the hood, wipers, and cowl started pouring water in different spots and the only place i could get it to come in the car was if i poured directly in the big hole with the filter thing i think it's the blower motor, BUT the water doesn't come in in the same spot so i don't think that is it????? HELP

the hoses are for your sunroof. and there is four hoses. two in the front windshield posts. two in the rear glass post. they are supposed to funnel water down the trunk rails, or out the front rails. i have never heard of one clogging, but if it did, that would have nothing to do with water in your trunk. the only problem there could be the floor leaking, or the trunk seal itself is bad. the sunroof hoses run to the outside of the actuall trunk seal. but it could be your other problems. who knows? anyhow, you need to take out all the windshield post trim, the door post trim, and the back glass trim, and all the handle's and dome lights, and then the headliner. that would give you full access to the hoses. have fun. sucks to be you.

it comes in from up behind the glove box to the far left like you would be reaching in the fender from the inside but you can't and it's a lotttttttt of water not a drip i mean a river

This might help... bear with me my english ain't great. There is a plastic cover outside, bottom of your windshield; where windshield wiper motor is mounted. Take it off and check for seals to the fire wall or check air outlet from evoporative core of your heater or A/C that hides under the dash. The outlet should be on the passenger side under the same plastic cover. If this post makes no sense to you disregard it. That's how I fixed similar problem on a 97- prelude.

I have a 93 prelude and I have the same exact problem. My passenger side floor is soaked when it rains and the trunk also gets water in it. I tore up all the carpeting on the passenger side and ut a silicone bead around the screws that mount the seat to the floor. That seemed to help but I just got a bad sotrm last weekend and my floor is soaked again.....ANYONE WITH INFO ON HOW TO FIX WOULD BE MY HERO. I cant find where the water is getting in.....HELP!!!

Yup, ludes are definitly known for this. i have a 95 type-s and water leaks in on my DRIVER side, and runs down all the relays and fuses down there :banghead: ... i've tried silicone sealant down there, and even looked where it could be coming in under the hood, but still no luck.... now that it is cold outside, the water will freeze my starter relay and i will have to take it out, thaw it out so the coil makes a connection, plug it back in and then it starts........ a pain in the ass when you gotta wake up early just to do that..... but yes any help pinpointing these problems for all of us would be much appreciated!!!
