Sub-harness venders for 91 Accord EX

I am having trouble trying to find a wiring sub-harness for an h22 engine swap into a 91 Accord EX. Does anyone sell these ?

Sub-Harness? Are you talking about a V-Tec Subharness? If you are www.hasport.com carries them. It is shown as a v-tec harness for a civic, but you can use it in your accord. I did a swap in my 91 accord with a JDM H22 and I used my F22 harness and the V-tec subharness from hasport. Hope this helps. Good Luck with your swap!

Cool. I just ordered it. I also got my engine on tuesday. Hope to start the swap 2nd week of August.

If you have any questions ask, you may want to chek the distributor ant alternator on the JDM engine. You can use the alternator from the F22, but the distributor will need to be moded if it dosen't work. GOOD LUCK!

The engine I recieved is in pretty good condition and I am thinking that I might get lucky and all will go well. If all else fails I will just take a torch to it and a VERY big hammer, heheheheh ! Parts for the autotensioner and timing belts arrive on monday as well as a head gasket set. I plan on replacing the valve cover and the oil pan with USDM parts but I will have to compare them first to see if they fit but somewhere I read that it is possible. The distibutor cap, I have also read somewhere, can be ordered as a CRX/CIVIC cap but I have yet to confirm this. I am also still shopping around for a turbo but they are so damn expensive----I actually applied for a loan to buy the turbo, I just think it is better to do it now while everything is out of the car than save the money and buy it later and go through all the crap again. Well, this is not much of a quick reply but MAN I am so excited about this. I have been waiting a long time.

Turbo! That's good stuff! Are you going to swap out any internals or just run stock internals? I am looking into turbo too. It will be a little while for me though after the swap ate up my credit cards. I do have a 70 shot that I can't wait to hook back up so I can take my car to the track again and hopefully have a good showing. Keep me posted!

Understand the credit card thing. I am getting close myself. I put some new tires and rims on her yesterday. I think it looks sweet. I need to get off my lazy butt and post some pictures for ya. Hasport told me the sub-harness part was not the correct one. They are supposed to be sending me the right one but I have no idea. I will see when it gets here. It wound up being a 100$ for it. What is a 70 shot ?

Sorry about the incorrect info, I told them what I needed and It came to $100 with shipping. 70 shot is nitrous, I have a 70 shot into my intake. The amount of the shot pertains to the estimated horsepower increase. That estimation really only holds true for a direct port set up. In my case I am probally gaining 30 to 40 HP when I spray nitrous. Like a glorified V-Tec!

Ok, I understand about the 70 shot. I am trying to track down a guy now that I have been told has a turbo for sale for a Honda. All I will have to do is get a manifold and all should be good. I am not going to run nitrous though. I do not think that I am going to be taking this to race but I will probably at least take it down the 1/4 mile to get my time.
