2004 5.3 mod questions

I have a '04 Z71 w/5.3L. Have installed a Flowmaster catback Series 40 dual exhaust with Magnaflow tips, K&N filter, Line-X bed liner and a Access Limited tonneau cover.

I just ordered a 160 degree Powerstat thermo, Jet Stage 1 performance module, and Granatelli mass air flow sensor. Does anyone have any experience/comments regarding these items? I will get them Thursday of this week so I can return them before I install if I get some negative feedback.
