97 Caravan Wheel Squeak

I have an annoying wheel squeak on the front of my '97 Caravan. I have installed new rotors and brake pads. Part of the problem was the wear indicator rubbing on the rotor. I have cut those off. The noise doesn't start until I have been driving for about 10 minutes. The noise stops when I press on the brake pedal. The caliper on the passenger side sticks a little. Any ideas? This is driving my wife crazy.

Did you reinstall the metal shims that go on the outside of each pad?
Also, a little brake lube on the shims would help.

I had the roters machined (even though they were new) and lubed all of the metal-to-metal contact points. The noise is gone. I'm not sure what fixed it, but I'm glad that the noise is gone. I did have the metal shims installed.
Thanks.
