help Code 36 prelude vtech

I have a 93 JDM Honda Prelude Vtech RHD I did the converstion in it and It was running excellent for a cuple of months, no problems. But now it hesitates only when it is warm. :eek7: The check engine light comes on but only in the freeway (highway). It runs good in the freeway but light comes on with code 36. I only hesitates in the street. can any one tell me the definition of code 36 because it is diffrent from the USA.

you have a aftermarket header ? mine did the same thing too because header let out too much fuel.
