How Many Miles?????????

Ok Lads and Ladies, how many miles has your 3000gt,gto,stealth, done?

mine is a 93 1st gen with 66,000 miles on it.

i bought it 2 years ago with 51,000 on her.

curious to know the average milage our cars have on them without any serious engine trouble.... :uhoh:

i got a 91 sl w/ 89k on it..bought it about 8 months ago w/ just under 80k on it. had to replace the clutch and i think the guy before me had just changed the brakes..no major mechanical problems

94 Base, bought it with 109,000 miles on it. now reads 127,000. had its clutch replaced, alternator failed at 110,000, Ac compressor failed at 120,000. and of course the blasted window motors! no other problems so far.

I jsut bought a 95 SL about a month ago, it had 98k and now has 99.6k on it. I think the guy I bought it from had a new clutch installed but thats it as far as internal stuff.

92 vr4 with 152,000 miles
synchro's gone bad, water pump and timing belt
besides that, no problems that i didn't cause

94 TT w/ 60K on it, bought it 3 1/2 years ago with 41K

96 vr4
bought a year ago with 42k
now 51k

94 vr4, bought it with 19k 2 years ago, it has 42k on it now
not a single problem so far, and I just did the 60k service since i had everythign apart.

96 vr4 bought about 1 year and 3 montghs ago with 98,000 miles when i got it back home from North Carolina I live in Iowa had 100,980 and now i have 103,556. Bad Transmission had to replace the Burnt Clutch from starting in third Gear, 3 new forks 3 New Gears 4 syncro's lol now it's working like a bute, but can tell third gear is slowly deterating, gotta get it checked out soon before it it breaks.

i got a 94 sl and when i got it it had 80,000 mi now it has 111,000 it's about ready for a new clutch the altenator was replaced and the radiator and thats it.............:screwy:

91 VR4 with 109k
bought it last week with replaced tranny, new clutch, and new oem turbos..for 5900 :)

my year and mileage comparison is horrible mine is only a 96 and has already almost 111k sucks. I did alot of traveling with the car so that is why. I am buying a new one though sl model and really low miles hopefully soon.

94 VR-4 I got it 109,000 on it. It's now got 125,000 on it

97 vr4 with 15K miles.

I've got a 95 base model, pearl white.
bought in 97 with 26k miles.
it now has 121k miles.
most of those miles were from toolin around subdivisions, goin house to house fixin PC's and cablemodems. hehe.

biggest thing i've had to fix is the clutch... it wore out. didn't break, just got used up.

other things that've broke:
rear wiper switch. (Trying to find a new one now)
AC doesn't work currently (trying to figure that out now)
the hazard lights dont work (never have)
one fog lamp got cracked and burned out
some body damage

i've replaced wheels once, tires twice, front brakes twice, rear brakes once.

over the next few weeks i'm all about getting this car fixed up.

then i have to decide if i want to trade it for a pearl white vr4 or somethin else 4wd that's more rugged (i live in boulder, co. and ski season opens in 4 months!)

i just bought a 93 vr4 like 2 weeks ago and it has 76121 on it as of tonight its so clean :drools:

Just bought a 1994 Stealth (base) with 139K on it, bought in columbus and drove it to ALbany NY without problems. Engine and transmission (manual) seem to be fine, rear wiper doesnt work, AC doesnt work (I dont know when, compressor was removed from the car atleast 1 year ago) . I got it checked at local Firestone before making the deal and they said the water pump was leaking.

92 vr4.
bought it on 2/19/04 with 83,333.33 miles on it.
It now has ~97k on it.

93 vr4 86k

93 with 67k miles. bought in Jan of 03 with 46k miles. only problems have been both window regulators, crappy cracked dash defrost vents, and annoying lifter tick. so basically just crappy designed parts by mitsubishi. other than that, she runs great, but now the clutch has worn out, gonna replace it this weekend and put in some Penzoil Synchromesh MTF.

92 vr4 55k my wallet is still fealing the pain :chair:

95 base with 95k on it. bought it in July.

a few annoying electrical problems left, power mirrors don't work, horn doesn't work, passanger regulator, and drivers power lock only locks and won't unlock the doors.

'93 3000GT base with 110,000 miles.

i have a 94 vr4 that i bought with 109xxx, now has 113xxx and is going to in to have its clutched replaced next wednesday. other than taht, no big problems.

93 VR-4 50K miles. Bought about 3 years ago with 40k miles. 92 VR-4 Bought this summer with 150k miles. Hasn't moved yet. The 93 was obviously sitting for a very long time and all the rubber was beginning to dry rot so it all had to pretty much be checked and replaced. Many,many seals were also bad from just sitting. The 92 hasn't moved yet like I said but everything seems to be in perfect working order. Starting to notice some bad noises coming from turbos possibly signaling they need replacing.

98 sl with 72k runs smooth as silk
